85 Technology Locations
ITS Lab Consulting provides technical support in 85 computer lab, technology classroom, and kiosk/printer locations at Penn State's University Park campus. Lab consultants assist students, faculty, and staff with technology questions. They also help maintain the proper operation of hardware and printers.
KC Service Desk
The KC Service Desk
is a one stop computer repair center that is a free service for students, faculty, staff and retirees. ITS Lab Consultants have an opportunity to develop hardware repair and troubleshooting skills by assisting fellow Penn Staters with their personal computers and mobile devices.
Available in all ITS computer labs and technology classrooms, LabChat
is an online chat service that connects customers with experienced Lab Consultants who provide instant support on a wide range of information technology topics.
is a university-wide initiative to enrich teaching and learning experiences through multimedia technology. ITS Lab Consultants have an opportunity to develop multimedia skills by assisting fellow students with their video and audio projects.
ITS Lab Consultants provide support for the the University Libraries
. We provide technology assistance in Pattee and Paterno Libraries, along with branch library locations in Davey, Deike, Hammond, and Stuckeman buildings.
