KC Service Desk
The KC Service Desk is a one stop computer support service for students, faculty, staff and retirees. The Knowledge Commons Service Desk Consultants has the opportunity to develop hardware repair and troubleshooting skills by assisting fellow Penn Staters with their personal computers and mobile devices.
Media Commons is a university-wide initiative to enrich teaching and learning experiences through multimedia technology.
ITS Lab Consultants provide support for the the University Libraries. We provide technology assistance in Pattee and Paterno Libraries, along with branch library locations in Davey, Deike, Hammond, and Stuckeman buildings.
